Corn Bread
Ingredients

160g corn kernels, cooked
- 2 eggs
- 50g softened butter
- 50g plain flour
- 10g caster sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 40g cheddar cheese, grated
- 50g Butter for serving
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Add the kernels to the Bamix jug and blend into a rough puree with the C blade.
- Add the remaining ingredients but the cheese and blend until everything is well incorporated.
- Grease a small loaf tin, add the batter and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Slice and serve with butter.
