Proven Products Ltd. is extremely proud to offer a 2 year guarantee.
We are able to offer such a tremendous guarantee with confidence due to the superior quality of the bamix® product line.
Proven Products Ltd. guarantees that all bamix® products purchased from Proven Products Ltd. to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years.
Should any defects be discovered within two years of purchase, Proven Products Ltd. will repair or replace the defective product or parts thereof at no charge for labour or materials, provided:
- Said unit is returned postage paid to Proven Products Ltd. for servicing.
- Proof of Date of Purchase is included with the product.
- A letter accompanies the product and indicates the complaint or defect to be remedied.
- That the machine has not been subject to damage or misuse.
